ocg's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Catching up Hey, Rachel, congrats on your new car! Joe told me that the Celica finally pooped out. What color, what color is the new one?!?!? I just don't see you in something other than Champagne! And how, exactly, did you know that I have a picture of Andy Warhol on my 'inspiration wall'- I don't think I had that up when you visited! (It's a piece of netting (like fishing netting- from the wedding [please skip the poet and she don't know it thought]) tacked up to the wall with things clipped to it with tiny little clothespins that I should/could/WILL use in pieces someday). I have yet to place a pic of Martha up there- not sure if I can say that SHE inspires me- it's more like the cast and crew that she employs that do.... However, how COOL would it be to be a buyer for her online store? I just received my first and probably only shipment from Martha Stewart Online (These 'holiday glasses' that don't look holiday to me- they're just retro fun!), as well as a pair of French Sewing Scissors that I realllly don't think came from France, but I needed some good fabric scissors, so I'll let it slide. The tumblers aren't as big as I expected, but they are perfect for a lil raspberry vodka/ ginger ale bevvie now and then. The boy, however, doesn't like their diminutive stature- mostly because he makes me my drinks, usually, and doesn't like how often I need another. I love them! Not sure how long that link will last, so check them out quick. {sidenote: Martha's "Tag Sale" seems to be going on an awful long time- I thought it was going to end like two weeks ago, but maybe she needs a lil extra $$?} Hoping to come up with a way to figure out a better comments thingee than what I have.... it's a lil crappizzle in the schnizzle. On another note, I'd like to take a sec to let those that know who they are know that I love their friendship, and I hope that they will be able to accept the apologies that I have offered to them, in the name of peace. We don't always communicate effectively, and we don't always like what each other are doing/ has done, but friendship is a special and important thing in life.
